Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at marketing@jennycurme.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at marketing@jennycurme.com with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as gift cards, are non-returnable.
